A couple days ago, I posted the final dialog from Blade Runner. Sadly, on the 19th of March, M. Emmet Walsh passed away, just 3 days shy of his 89th birthday.

I have always been of the opinion that there were 6 standout performances in that movie.

I still enjoy it to this day. And I believe that it represents the frailty of mankind. “You only live once…”, yet, truthfully, we only die once, so we should live every day of our lives as fully and honorably as we possibly can.

Rest in peace Mr. Walsh.
